On a beautiful Sunday afternoon John and Anna were married at Temples Sugar Bush in Lanark Ontario. Correction, they were actually married at Lanark Baptist Church, and then had a wonderful dinner and reception at Temples.
Anna and John are both pilots for the military. She was stationed in Nova Scotia, while John has been in Newfoundland. They met in Portage La Prarie while playing a game of settlers of Catan and now that they have finally tied the knot, Anna will be joining John in Gander, Newfoundland to start their married lives together.
It’s always a lot of fun to listen to the stories told about the bride and groom by their families. Anna is an outgoing, bubbly soul, while John is more reserved and methodical. It seems opposites attract, but binding ties they have in common are their love for each other, flying and their faith in god.
No doubt their new lives together will bring mutual happiness, respect and love for each other. Congratulations John and Anna, it was a pleasure being part of your day.
